改革开放40年来，我们的城市建设取得了丰富的成果，人们的生活也发生了巨大的变化。这一段离我们最切近的历史，确是我们的城市和生活变化速度最快的一段历史。本次展览将以衡复历史风貌区为坐标，对这段40年的改革开放历史进行一次回顾，也是一次记录，更是一次全新的群策展览模式的尝试。在展览期间，我们将邀请观众参与到展览内容的挖掘中，持续搜集历史信息与资料，并将搜集到的信息资料即时转换为展览的一部分。让我们共同搜寻记忆中的声音、图像与文字，共同回望这意义重大的40年，共同建构一个历史与未来。
本次展览期间，我们准备了[时光胶囊]和[衣食住行]词条卡片，你可以在[时光胶囊]中放入自己印象最深刻的头条新闻，也可以填写和绘制自己的[衣食住行]词条卡片，希望各位观众能够群策群力，通过共同搜寻记忆中的声音、图像与文字，共同回望这意义重大的40年。
In the past 40 years since the Reform and Opening-up, our cities have witnessed remarkable development. Our living standards have seen an unprecedented rise. This fastest-changing period is closely related to us. This exhibition will take Hengfu district as an example to provide an overview of this glorious 40 years. It is conceived as a record of these neighborhoods' changes, as well as an attempt of a new model of public participation. During the exhibition, we will invite the visitors to take part in the exhibition process with an open call: Please continue to search for historical materials that respond to the theme and convert them as a presentable piece in our exhibition. Together let's look back at the celebrated four decades and seek the sounds, images, and words that can represent the past. Together, let 's construct a history and build a future.
