江阴路，东起黄陂北路，西迄成都北路，这条仅200多米的道路已有逾百年的历史。由黄陂北路、南京西路、成都北路和威海路围绕的江阴路街区，街区中现代建筑与传统里弄交织在一起，街道与建筑形成的肌理印刻着整个城市发展的历史。
从海关俱乐部到护国禅寺，从曾任顺天府尹的陈夔龙到江阴富商葛凤池，从女子商业银行到文化电影公司，卧虎藏龙的江阴路街区曾经发生过许多的故事。从19世纪末的填浜筑路到刚刚竣工的社区微更新，江阴路街区发生了很大的变化，但其中的一些地方还是守护着曾经的样貌，承载着几代上海人的记忆。
展览以一张1948年的江阴路行号图为线索，系统地梳理街区发展历程和重要的历史节点，最终形成了一张叠加了历史、建筑和文化记忆的可阅读的地图。我们希望用详实的内容和新颖的解读方式来让枯燥的历史变得鲜活，让单调的地图变得生动。
除此之外，策展团队精心设计了一系列公众教育活动，我们希望通过讲座、工作坊和城市行走将展览的内容进行横向延伸和深度挖掘。
Jiangyin Road, starting from Huangpi North Road in the east to Chengdu North Road in the west. This neighborhood has a history of more than 100 years. Surrounded by Huangpi North Road, Nanjing West Road, Chengdu North Road, and Weihai Road, the block has modern architecture and traditional mansions.
From the Customs Club to the Huguo Temple, from Chen Xiaolong, who used to be Shuntianfu Yin, to Ge Fengchi, a wealthy merchant in Jiangyin, There have been many stories to be told. Jiangyin Road block has undergone great changes, but a lot of the buildings still kept the appearance of the past, bearing the memory of several generations of Shanghainese.
The exhibition takes a 1948 map of Jiangyin Road as a clue, outlining the development history and significant events, and finally forms a readable map superimposed with historical, architectural and cultural memories. We hope to make the boring history intriguing by adding detailed interpretations. In addition, the curatorial team has designed a series of education activities, and we hope to extend and deepen the content of the exhibition through lectures, workshops and city walks.
